As a social landlord with over 10,700 homes and more than 450 team members, a lot goes into making every day a success at Futures.
We want to give everyone the chance to live in a high-quality affordable home and we can't realise our ambitions without other people. Our team members, partners and the wider housing sector all play a crucial role in making Futures what it is.
Demonstrating our excellence is vital and we're proud of the accreditations we hold, and the many awards we've been nominated for, and won, over the years. We're also part of a network of organisations which represent local businesses and the wider housing sector allowing us to make our voice heard and speak up for our customers, while ensuring that Futures has a local, regional and national impact.

Investors In People Platinum
We have held the coveted Investors In People Platinum award since 2021.
Only 2% of organisations taking part in the IiP accreditation receive this top national award aimed at making sure that all employees get the best experience at work.
Before reaching platinum standard we were granted the IiP Gold award in 2018.
Our success is testament to the work all our teams do to make Futures a great place to work.

Memberships
The National Housing Federation is the trade body for the housing association sector, representing 800 organisations that together provide homes for around six million people.
The Federation campaigns and lobbies government on behalf of housing associations and tenants, and helps to shape national housing policy. It also provides a forum for housing associations to work together and connect.

Together with Tenants
Together with Tenants is a sector-wide initiative focused on strengthening the relationship between residents and housing association landlords. We were an early adopter organisation and are now one of 225 taking part. You can read more about the project here.
The East Midlands Chamber represents more than 4,300 businesses across the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire areas.
In 2025 we are sponsoring the Chamber's Enterprising Women and Generation Next award programmes.

It is the only housing industry body dedicated solely to the employment agenda and works in strategic alliances and partnerships with stakeholders across housing, employment and government.
Business in the Community is the oldest and largest business-led membership organisation dedicated to responsible business. They exist to inspire, engage and challenge members and mobilise collective strength as a force for good in society to help create a skilled, inclusive workforce today and for the future, build thriving communities in which to live and work and innovate to repair and sustain our planet.
Business in the Community was created nearly 40 years ago by His Majesty King Charles III to champion responsible business. The organisation has a vibrant membership of hundreds of businesses, large and small, connected by the conviction their success is inextricably linked to society’s prosperity.
