Our main offices will be closed from 2pm on Friday 24 December until 8:30am on Tuesday 4 January for the festive period.
During this time we will be operating on an emergencies-only basis. If you have an emergency in your home while our offices are closed, you can call 0300 456 2531 and our out-of-hours contact centre will be available to support you. You can also use MyAccount to manage your home, including reporting non-urgent repairs, updating your personal details and setting up Direct Debits.
