The government has announced that house viewings and moves can now take place where it is safe to do so.

The government guidance says that if you are self-isolating or have tested positive for Coronavirus, you will not currently be able to move house or view a property.

If you are in a vulnerable group or have been told to shield, the advice is still to stay at home and avoid unnecessary contact with other people. But if you need to move, it may still be possible – but the government recommend you seek medical advice first. If you do decide that you need to view a home or move house, you have to do it in as safe a way as possible, which might include travelling in your own car and avoiding contact with people outside your household.

If you have been offered one of our homes and it is ready to let, we will be in touch to see if you still want to move at this time and to make sure that you can move safely. When we contact you we will explain how your viewing and sign up will be managed, and what measures we are putting in place to keep you and our team members safe.
