A former college site in Ilkeston has been transformed into a multi-million pound development of quality new homes for 28 families.
The site, which is made up of 20 homes for sale and eight shared ownership, is the first major development completed by Limehouse, Futures' commercial arm.
The mix of brand new two and three-bedroom homes were snapped up quickly by families who bought homes based purely on the site plan.
Alan Boucker, Director of Development and Investment at Limehouse, said: “Our site on Cavendish Road adds some much-needed homes to a popular town, helping more people to get onto the property ladder.
“I am delighted to see our flagship development fully occupied and sold, showing the importance of bringing more homes into the area.
“We will continue to develop new properties for a range of tenures to suit the needs of the communities we work in.”
Limehouse, part of Futures Housing Group, is a commercial development company specialising in developing quality new homes for sale and rent throughout the Midlands.
Construction on the site by contractor Westleigh started in December 2015 on the former Ilkeston campus of South Derbyshire College.
