Futures Housing Group has retained its Investors in Excellence accreditation, an award which recognises how companies are driven to improve how they do business, for the fourth time.
Investors in Excellence is a nationally-recognised standard for organisations which use its framework to improve and assess what they do with an aim to achieving high performance.
The group had to submit a raft of written evidence including details of its business plan, its performance data and how it has worked with its own staff to find innovative solutions to business issues.
Lindsey Williams, Futures Housing Group’s Chief Executive, said: “I’m really proud that we have been able to retain our accreditation which shows that the way we work and our approach to improvement is nationally recognised as good practice.
“Fundamentally, I think it shows that we have committed and talented people all pulling in the same direction – to help us grow and improve as an organisation and make our services easy to use for our customers.”
Responding to the Futures submission, Sue Harrison, an Investors in Excellence Assessor, said: “This is certainly an excellent demonstration of your organisation’s capabilities and testimony to your ongoing drive and determination to see the continuous improvement of Futures Housing Group, especially in the face of increasingly challenging times for the housing sector.”
