Magic money-saving tips for Futures customers are being spread with the help of Britain’s Got Talent magician Luca Gallone.
The star from the 2015 edition of the show joined forces with Futures Housing Group as part of a campaign to highlight that without a budget, it’s easy for money to vanish.
Shoppers in Ripley, Derbyshire, were left spell-bound earlier in the year as Luca performed a series of money-themed tricks as part of the East Midlands-based landlord's campaign.
Lynn Aston, Director of Customer Services at Futures, said: “Money worries can have a serious impact on people and their families, so we’re encouraging our customers to learn some tricks of the trade to help reduce them.
“We’ve taken a different approach to sharing our money-advice tips, but it’s an important message that we want as many people to engage with as possible.”
Luca’s magic tricks will feature online and on social media alongside budgeting tips and tricks and a simple budget calculator.
Advice, which also coincides with the continued roll out of Universal Credit, includes budgeting, swapping energy provider and setting up direct debits for automatic payments.
Luca, 21, said: “It’s fantastic to be a part of this project. Futures Housing Group has got a message to deliver to its customers and magic is a great metaphor to deliver this and wow people at the same time.”
