We’re an ambitious, growing business which provides 10,000 affordable homes throughout the East Midlands, with more than 6,000 homes in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire and more than 3,500 homes in Northamptonshire.
By 2023 we will have developed more than 2,200 new homes for rent, homes for sale, shared ownership and private-market rent.

Lindsey Williams - Group Chief Executive
Lindsey has been Chief Executive since Futures was formed in 2003 as Amber Valley Housing. She is a passionate advocate for social housing and firmly believes that providing a home is one of the most important things you can do for someone.
She has been a strategic leader on various boards and is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, currently playing a key role in helping boost the housing sector’s profile with central Government as part of the National Housing Federation’s Political Positioning Group. She is also an East Midlands Chamber of Commerce board member.
Ian Skipp – Group Finance & Resources Director
Ian joined Futures from KPMG where he led the social housing practice in the Midlands. In addition to having specialist knowledge of social housing he has wide ranging commercial experience obtained from working with a range of organisations including multi-national plcs.
He is adept at putting in place and maintaining robust governance and risk management frameworks, achieving operating efficiencies, maximising income, developing corporate structures to meet strategic objectives as well as maintaining regulatory compliance.
He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has extensive accounting and treasury management knowledge.
Marcus Keys - Group Business Growth & Transformation Director
Marcus joined Futures in 2017 from Places for People to head up the Business Growth and Transformation Directorate.
He has over 20 years of housing and development expertise spanning non-profit and commercial businesses. He leads our ambitious development, growth, transformation and communications plans.
Suki Jandu – Group Customer Experience & Assets Director
Suki joined Futures in January 2017 to head up our Customer Experience Directorate. He has extensive housing experience and was previously Regional Director (London) at Clarion Housing Group.
He leads our approach to creating effortless customer experiences, digital services, and the maximisation of existing housing assets. He has a broad and deep understanding of the sector and associated markets, efficiency, performance and cultural development, bringing extensive leadership understanding from his previous roles in a diverse range of organisations.
