What to include when you contact us

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get an answer when there's an issue in your home. When you contact us, it's really helpful to have the following information to hand:

  • your full name
  • your address, including postcode
  • your date of birth
  • details of your enquiry
  • the best way for us to contact you - usually a phone number or email address.

This will allow us to verify your identity and make sure that we can get the right person looking to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible. If we don't provide the information listed above we will have to ask you to provide it before we can progress with your query.
