What to include when you contact us

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get an answer when there's an issue in your home. If you can't find what you need in our Help Hub, you can contact our customer services team using our live chat function, emailing or calling 0300 456 2531. When you contact us, it's really helpful to have the following information to hand:

  • Your full name
  • Your address, including postcode
  • Your date of birth
  • The details of your enquiry
  • The best way to contact you - usually a phone number or email address

This will allow us to verify your identity and make sure we can get the right person looking to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible. If we don't have the above, we'll need to respond to you to obtain the information before we can progress with the query.
