Environmental improvements

We are committed to providing environmental improvements for your neighbourhood which range from new features in communal areas, to new seating and parking. There is a total of £100,000 to spend in a year which is split into £25,000 for each neighbourhood.

Who decides?

Using scoring criteria tenants from our Neighbourhood Forums decide which environmental improvements take place each year in their neighbourhood.

Neighbourhood Officers will consult with local tenants to check that the new feature is what residents in that area want and relevant planning permission is requested. The new feature will then be put in place during the financial year.

How do I put my idea forward?

Ideas can put forward by residents, staff or agencies for consideration by the Neighbourhood Forum. Put forward your idea for an Environmental Improvement today.
