Our aim is to create a ‘Cleaner, Safer, Greener’ neighbourhood for our tenants. We recognise that people enjoy living in thriving communities and pleasant surroundings.
To improve our service to you and share our specialist knowledge between teams we introduced a way of working that splits the borough into four Neighbourhoods based around the market towns of Belper, Heanor, Ripley and Alfreton.
This way we find more lasting and innovative solutions to the issues, as everyone has an input.
