Our Lifeline Service
Our lifeline service offers you the peace of mind that comes from knowing help is at hand, 24 hours a day.
In the event of a fall or other emergency, a simple push of a button can connect you with a trained advisor who can contact a family member or the emergency services.

The lifeline equipment is discreet and easy to use. The lifeline pendant can be carried with you as a pendant, around your neck, or as a bracelet.
All you need for the equipment to work is a working telephone line which allows incoming and outgoing calls and an electrical socket within one metre of your phone socket.
Who is it for?
This service is available to anyone in the borough of Amber Valley over the age of 60, with a health problem or a disability. However a lifeline system can also be fitted for other reasons - for example if you are experiencing anti-social behaviour and want to be able to summon help. The system can be fitted for a short time while the situation is resolved.
