Repair reporting process

This page describes the repairs reporting process.

Before you report the repair

Check if the problem is our responsibility or yours.

Report the repair

You can do this using LinX, by email or by telephoning: 0800 015 2076 (or for out of hours emergencies: 0800 328 3159)

We will assess the repair

We will establish what response priority the repair is and place an order for the repair work. In some cases we may firstly need to arrange for an inspection of the problem.

The repair is recorded

We will record the details of your repair on our computer system and tell you how soon someone will come to do the repair. For urgent and routine repairs we will offer you a range of appointment options.

We will arrange the repair

For all repairs except emergencies we will arrange an all day appointment between 8am and 5pm on a specific day. On the day of the repair we will contact you by telephone and/or SMS (Text Message) to let you know when the operative is on their way to you.
