  • Offer you a range of appointment options for urgent or routine repairs
  • Ensure where we have made an appointment, we will we keep it
  • Respond to all genuine emergency calls within 24 hours
  • Complete all repairs on time and according to the priority for each repair
  • Complete all repairs to your satisfaction and to a high standard
  • Take care to protect your property whilst we carry out repairs, and tidy up afterwards
  • Inform you in writing at least five working days prior to starting the work, when we carry out planned repairs
  • Ensure our contractors and repairs team will introduce themselves and show you identification before entering your property
  • Ensure our contractors and repairs team will be considerate and respectful towards you
