- Complete all repairs on time and according to the priority for each repair
- Complete all repairs to your satisfaction and to a high standard
- Take care to protect your property whilst we carry out repairs, and tidy up afterwards
- Inform you in writing at least five working days prior to starting the work, when we carry out planned repairs
- Ensure our contractors and repairs team will introduce themselves and show you identification before entering your property
- Ensure our contractors and repairs team will be considerate and respectful towards you
