Futures Homescape aims to provide a good quality repairs and maintenance service, designed to ensure tenants’ homes are improved and maintained to a high standard.

We share responsibility with you in the maintenance of your home. You are responsible for taking care of the inside of your home and for arranging certain repairs. For the full list please see your responsibilities.

You may wish to carry out your own repairs and maintenance to your property, in this please contact us as you will need our permission.

Every year we are legally required to carry out a gas-safety check on all gas appliances we own in your home.
