The report looks back at our work between 1 April 2010 and 31 March 2011.
In the report, you will find a summary of our work and details of how well we are performing across six key areas including looking after homes, involving tenants, looking after neighbourhoods, managing tenancies, providing good value for money and running the organisation soundly.
