How to pay your rent

There are many ways you can pay your rent. Find out more...

You can pay your rent in the following ways:

Direct debit

It’s quick, easy and convenient. You won’t need to worry about missing a payment using direct debit. We will automatically collect payments from your bank account on a date selected by you. You can choose from 1st, 7th, 15th or 21st of the month.

Telephone us on 01773 573100 or follow this link for more information about setting up a direct debit mandate. Remember, you will need to have a bank or building society account that accepts direct debits.

allpay rent payment card

You can pay using your allpay rent payment card at over 22,000 Paypoint locations including newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and off licences, with most open long hours, seven days a week. Find your nearest allpay outlet.

Online

Visit the allpay website to pay securely online You will need your own valid email address, your allpay rent payment card and a debit or credit card.

There is no charge for using your allpay card but you will be charged if using a credit card.

By telephone

You can pay over the phone by calling us on 01773 573100 during office hours or by calling allpay directly on 0844 557 8321 at anytime - 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you have a debit or credit card, we can take a payment over the phone. Please note you may be charged a fee to complete any transactions using a credit card. We treat your bank details in complete confidence and write nothing down.

To make a payment via allpay you must have an allpay rent payment card and a debit or credit card.

Standing order

You can set up a Standing Order with your bank to be paid weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. You will need to ensure that your bank quotes your rent account number in the Standing Order payment details to ensure your payments reach your rent account.

You should discuss the amount of the standing order with your Income Recovery Officer on 01773 573100, and they will send you the details required by your bank or building society to set the standing order.

Important information

You should have a rent payment card. If you are experiencing difficulties using your card, need to order a replacement card, or have not received one, please contact us on 01773 573100, quoting your full name and address.
