How are we doing?

During August 2011, 2000 Futures Homescape tenants were sent a ‘How are we doing’ questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to gauge satisfaction levels in all areas of Futures Homescape service provision. The 706 survey responses received were analysed and the results are being used to improve services provided by Futures Homescape and aid future planning.

Every person who sent in a completed survey had the opportunity of winning £50 of shopping vouchers in a prize draw. The lucky winner was Mrs Dunstan of Aldecar, who chose to receive Argos Vouchers. Mrs Dunstan who lives in Aldecar has been a tenant for over 32 years and enjoys living in her property with her family.

Mrs Dunstan said “It came as a nice surprise as I always complete and return the surveys.The voucher will come in very useful and my first purchase will be a new pressure cooker which has recently broken.”
