If you are already a tenant of a Housing Association or Registered Provider, you can look for homes available to swap or mutual exchange.
This is a register of all other tenants who are looking to move and could be a quicker option for you if you are looking for family accommodation in the Amber Valley area.
To register for mutual exchange, you need to register with Exchange Locata

Incentive to move scheme
If you are a tenant of Futures Homescape, currently living in family accommodation that is too big for your needs and would like to move to smaller accommodation or sheltered accommodation, you may be eligible for help and assistance to do this. For qualifying tenants are eligible for cash assistance of £1250 or help with removals and packing. For more information, please contact the Home Options team.
