We manage the housing register on behalf of Amber Valley Borough Council through Home Options.

We allocate Futures Homescape properties and also nominate tenants to other housing associations in the area. Other Housing Associations who hold stock in Amber Valley area, also advertise their properties through Home Options. All properties are allocated using the Home Options Policy.

We aim to run an efficient service that accurately reflects and prioritises applicants’ needs, provides information to applicants, and ensures that empty properties are re-let without delay.
