Our Service Standards
What can you expect if you come and see us for Housing or Homelessness advice?
- Make an appointment to carry out a full interview where needed within 10 working days
- See you within 5 minutes of your appointment time
- Where needed review your enquiry within 5 working days and contact you
- Where needed, further review your enquiry within 10 working days and contact you
- Except in exceptional circumstances, complete enquires into your application within 33 working days from the date of your homeless application and inform you of the outcome
- If you come into the office without an appointment you will asked to complete an Initial assessment within 30 minutes and further discussions of your application will be undertaken with 1 working day.
