How we can help

We appreciate that being faced with homelessness can be a difficult time.

The law about the rights of homeless people can be complicated so to make things as stress-free as possible we have created a useful guide that identifies everything you need to know. The guide highlights:

  • What services we offer
  • What does Homeless mean?
  • What information do we need from to you?
  • What happens next?

Click here to download the homelessness guide.

Following receiving our advice, you have the right to review the decision made by your Housing Advisor. To find out more read our ‘Your right to review’ leaflet.
