If you find yourself homeless out of normal office hours, do not panic as help is available.

Alternatively you can drop in to the Homeless Team at Asher Lane, Ripley during normal opening hours. However to avoid any delays in being seen, it is advisable to telephone in advance to make an appointment.

If you are unable to access our offices, we may be able to offer appointments at other venues around the Borough or offer you a home visit. Please ask for more information.
Home visits
If necessary we can arrange home visits where you have difficulty getting into the offices due to disability or lack of adequate transport. Please telephone us if you wish to arrange a home visit.
