The range of skills and experience afforded by the board and executive has played a major part in the success of the group. Our board and executive teams provide strong leadership and lead by example.
Board directors span the fields of health, care and support in the community, education, the legal sector, business development, resident involvement and housing finance. Their strong local connections help us to take a holistic approach to the region and its needs.
Our annual Board Excellence Programme equips board directors with broad skills including finance, risk and fraud, chairing skills, housing law, disability equality and diversity.
The Futures Housing Group board is supported by the local boards at Daventry & District Housing and Amber Valley Housing, which include equal representation of resident members.
Over the coming year we will be developing our approach to governance across the group in line with the Tenant Services Authority’s new regulatory framework. We are building from a firm existing base
