Dr Mark Flynn – Independent – Chair
Mark has a wealth of experience on Boards of grass roots charities and comes to Futures Housing Group after being Chair of Amber Valley Housing. He has strong governance experience derived from a further education background and is a former principal of a College and is now working as Chief Operations Officer of SENAD Group.
Councillor Richard Atterbury – Daventry and District Housing
Richard has been an elected councillor for the Crick and Winwick ward for the last 15 years. Having lived in the area for the last 35 years, he is a local parish councillor and has served on the council’s Scrutiny Committee. He has also been Portfolio Holder for the Environment, and Vice Chair of the Planning Committee from 2008.

Elaine Bradbury - Daventry and District Housing
Elaine, as a lawyer for Central Bedfordshire Council, has gained a wealth of experience in planning and housing matters. She works closely with the strategic housing team which keeps her up to speed with developments in social housing.
Léann Hearne – Amber Valley Housing
Léann is Operations Director for The ExtraCare Charitable Trust, a specialist provider of older people’s services in a unique environment. Having also spent a number of years leading organisations in the private sector, she has a number of skills and a wide range of experience to aid and support both Futures Housing Group and Amber Valley Housing in the aims.

Dennis Macharaga – Independent
Dennis has been involved with the Housing Association field for the last 10 years, being on the Committee of one of the largest Housing Associations in the country. Dennis is a solicitor and brings experience in management, business planning, staff management and equality issues. He bring his experience in private practice as a lawyer to benefit Futures Housing Group.
Hari Punchihewa – Independent
Hari, is the Deputy Chief Executive and Finance Director of the University of Derby. His responsibilities include looking after all physical resources including Estates, Procurement, IT and Corporate Finance. In addition he is responsible for legal, commercial and business development activities. Hari also holds a number of Non-Executive positions outside the sector and has been appointed as a Magistrate and Justice of the Peace.

Tony Taylor – Independent
Tony Taylor was Waterloo Housing Association’s first employee and, as Chief Executive, led the association to become a major provider of social housing throughout the West Midlands, until his retirement in 2009. He is highly experienced in governance having successfully served as a Housing Corporation Statutory Appointee on a number of occasions. Tony was also a Visiting Fellow at Birmingham City University from 2005 to 2008.
