Derbyshire County Council has chosen us to provide accommodation for adults with learning disabilities.
As part of a national programme to re-provide residential care, we will be providing homes for 15 adults across Amber Valley, Long Eaton and Chesterfield.
The project follows our successful scheme at Swanwick, which saw two bungalows converted to provide housing for adults and a live-in carer.
Our approach includes providing pictorial tenancy agreements and ensuring homes are fitted out and furnished to meet particular spatial awareness needs.
We will be working closely with residents and their families as they move to the new accommodation over the coming year.
