Hi I'm Sarah Sims the Community Development Officer at Daventry & District Housing

I work on a large number of diverse projects with residents and partner organisations, that benefit the area and empower the local community.

It is important that we involve local people in the projects that we are involved in as they can take ownership of the project.

It is great to see people increase their skills and knowledge whilst taking part in a project. The work that I do is really rewarding as there are clear results shown by a lot of the projects that we do especially if we have been involved in environmental improvement projects.
