Home contents insurance

It is your responsibility to take out home contents insurance and we strongly recommend that you do this.

Because we think that insurance is important we have introduced a Tenants’ Home Contents Insurance scheme, which you may want to join. This is a voluntary scheme aimed at giving you the chance to insure your home contents at reasonable cost.
