Supported Housing Accommodation
We have seven sheltered schemes across the district. These schemes are designed to suit people aged 60+, who wish to live independently with support but are looking to move out of their current home.

Residents have the independence of living within their own flat or apartment with the security of a door entry system. They are able to join in the many social activities held within the communal lounge.
The scheme manager is there to encourage and support residents to be independent within their own homes.
If you are a new resident, they will help you to settle into your home as quickly as possible and give you all the information you need to manage your tenancy.
They can also help you contact appropriate organisations such as Social Services and District Nurses who can help with any care needs and Advice Daventry for financial support.
