It is important that you report a repair as soon as you notice it to help us take the appropriate action and keep homes in good order.

When you request a repair we will:
- Offer you a range of appointment options for urgent or routine repairs
- Where we have made an appointment, ensure that we keep it
- Respond to all genuine emergency repair calls within 24 hours
- Complete all repairs on time according to the repairs priority
- Complete all repairs to a good standard
- Take care to protect your property whilst we carry out repairs, and tidy up after completing them.
Where we carry out programmed repairs, inform you in writing at least five working days prior to starting the work.
