Gas servicing

As your landlord we are responsible for making sure your gas appliances are working safely and efficiently. It is important that any gas fires, boilers and water heaters are checked and serviced regularly. This is to keep you, your family and neighbours safe. We will service appliances once a year by making an appointment with you.

It is very important that you keep these appointments and allow us access. We are legally required to carry out the safety checks and if we do not get access, we could arrange to do so through the courts. You could then be charged for the costs of any legal action, as well as the costs for putting back damage caused by gaining entry.
