Annual reports

The annual report is a summary of our work in the last year (1 April 2010 to 31 March 2011) and includes details of how well we are performing and how we are spending our money. In the report, you will find a summary of our work and details of how well we are performing across six key areas including looking after homes, involving tenants, looking after neighbourhoods, managing tenancies, providing good value for money and running the organisation soundly.
