Homes for rent

This is held and managed by Daventry District Council and is a register of those who have applied for affordable housing.

Daventry District Council works with us, as a local landlord, as well as other housing associations which all own and manage homes in the area.

When we have a home available, we let the council know and they nominate someone from the register based on their priority and the suitability of the home.

We have a range of homes across Daventry and the surrounding areas. These properties have to be applied for through a process called HomeChoice @ Daventry which is a choice-based letting scheme.
