Daventry & District Housing is in the top 2.1% of housing associations and was awarded a two-star rating with excellent prospects for improvement within its first two years following an inspection by the Audit Commission.

Daventry & District Housing is committed to investing in local communities through new partnerships and successful initiatives. Its Community Chest Fund provides vital funding for local projects, which make a real difference to neighbourhoods. An award winning Youth Board provides a great opportunity to engage and involve younger people and give them an important voice.

Daventry & District Housing is tackling the real issue of financial exclusion through an excellent partnership with Daventry Citizens Advice Bureau. It has enabled opportunities for people to get into work and training with The Princes’ Trust and has directly employed local young people through the group-wide apprenticeships programme.

The organisation has received top ratings for the quality of its sheltered and supported housing services and is passionately working with other voluntary agencies and organisations to develop innovative approaches to delivering support.
