Paying your rent and money advice

As a not-for-profit landlord, we depend on your rent and service charges to pay for repairs and improvements to all our properties.

That’s why it’s important that you’re able to keep your rent and service charge payments up to date. There are a number quick and easy ways to pay your rent including by direct debit, standing order, online, over the phone, or use your allpay card at any allpay outlet including the Post Office and Paypoint.

If you fall behind with your rent the message is don’t panic.
