Daventry & District Housing

Daventry & District Housing was launched in November 2007 to take over the management of 3,100 homes from Daventry District Council.

In just two years we have made major improvements to more than 800 homes, improved the standard of housing services and begun to make a positive impact in local communities.

This was recognised in an inspection of services by the Audit Commission in December 2009. Inspectors awarded us two-stars with excellent prospects for improvement. This result puts Daventry & District Housing in the top two per cent of housing associations Click here to read the full report.

As part of Futures Housing Group, the company has been able to grow and develop within a strong, values-led organisation. In addition to the excellent audit inspection result, Daventry & District has made good progress and has delivered improvements that tenants can recognise.
