Established in 2002, Amber Valley Housing is today among the top-performing housing associations in the region.
We provide 5,500 homes in towns and rural areas across Amber Valley, Derbyshire; and Erewash in Nottinghamshire.
Amber Valley Housing ensures that day-to-day services, including repairs, responding to complaints and involving residents remains at the top of the agenda. At the same time, the company has been developing new and innovative services to meet a diverse range of customer needs.
The Amber Valley Housing team is now working on delivering a second round of tenant pledges which have been developed to meet customers' priorities as set out by residents.
