Futures Homescape provides more than 5,500 homes across Derbyshire.
The organisation is much more than a landlord and has developed expertise in money and welfare advice, community regeneration and in providing services and technology that enable people to stay in their homes for longer. Futures Homescape’s supported housing and support services are the highest rated in Derbyshire.
Futures Homescape has developed, an innovative Health Trainer Programme in partnership with the NHS to improve the wellbeing of older people in sheltered and general needs housing.

Daventry & District Housing
Daventry & District Housing provides 3,100 homes across Northamptonshire.
Daventry and District Housing has built an excellent track record for top quality performance - delivering all promises to tenants two years early and transforming the quality of its homes and repairs service in its first three years. Daventry & District Housing is in the top 2.1% of housing associations and was awarded a two-star rating with excellent prospects for improvement within its first two years following an inspection by the Audit Commission.
Daventry & District Housing is committed to investing in local communities through new partnerships and successful initiatives. Its neighbourhood Environmental Improvement Budget provides vital funding for local projects, which make a real difference to neighbourhoods. The creation of a Youth Board provides a great opportunity to engage and involve younger people and give them an important voice.
Daventry & District Housing is tackling the real issue of financial exclusion through an excellent partnership with Daventry Citizens Advice Bureau. It has enabled opportunities for people to get into work and training with The Princes’ Trust and has directly employed local young people as part of the national Jobs Fund scheme.
The organisation has received top ratings for the quality of its sheltered and supported housing services and is passionately working with other voluntary agencies and organisations to develop innovative approaches to delivering support.
