Lindsey Williams, Group Chief Executive
Lindsey was the first Chief Executive of Amber Valley Housing (now Futures Homescape) and, prior to that worked as a Director of Housing and Operations.
Lindsey is Chair of the East Midlands Regional Executive of the National Housing Federation, having joined the Board of the federation in 2007.
She also serves as a governor at Bulwell Academy and is a leading member of PlaceShapers, a nationwide lobbying group of community-based housing organisations.
Lindsey is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Martin Sherman, Chief Operations Officer, Futures Housing Group
Martin was previously Executive Director for Business Development and Asset Management at Futures Housing Group, and prior to that served on the executive team at Amber Valley Housing (now Futures Homescape).
His previous roles include Managing Director at Freedom Maintenance, where he worked for eight years having initially joined as the Operations Manager.
Martin is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and the Association of Building Engineers (UK) (MBEng).
Paul Parkinson, Executive Director, Futures Homescape
Paul has worked in a variety of local authority and housing association roles since 1991, including Principal Benefits Officer for a London borough and Customer Services Manager of a large housing association in the home counties.
Prior to joining Futures Homescape. Paul was Director of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive at Bolsover District Council where he was part of a new senior team which moved the council to ‘Excellent’ status within just two years.
With a passion for customer service and collaborative working, Paul is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a Board Member of the Amber Valley Partnership
Hayley Davies, Executive Director, Daventry & District Housing
Following a BSc in Housing, Hayley has worked in the built environment for over 19 years. She has a wealth of experience throughout the Housing Sector in a variety of roles and disciplines. Hayley’s career has taken her across the country working for a number of high profile local authorities and specialist housing associations.
Hayley was instrumental in the creation of Daventry & District Housing as a way of working with tenants to drive forward progress, improvement and enable tenants to become a fundamental part of the business ethos.
Hayley is an active member of a number of local village charities and groups which she supports with her time and experience. Hayley has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing since 1992.
