We are committed to pursuing innovative ways of delivering more for our customers and communities.

Some examples of our approach include:

• Using social enterprise to boost employment by bringing services in-house, while delivering service improvements for customers
• Installing ground and air source heating to reduce the environmental impact of our homes, and offer lower running costs
• Working to tackle homelessness by launching a wellbeing project offering healthy recipes and playing cards for young people carrying health messages
• Establishing knowledge transfer partnerships with Derby University to share insight and expertise
• Taking a new approach to resident involvement, with family fun days at local attractions replacing the more conventional annual tenant conferences
• Engaging young people through a dedicated youth board, utilising social media to support communications with them.
